Insurance Coverage
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage *prior to your appointment* carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- Should I expect a copay at my session?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Cash, check, debit, and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Payment due at the time of services.
Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation Fee (Less than 4-24 Hours Prior to Appt): $50
No Show Fee (3 or Less Hours Prior to Appt): $100
No Show/Cancellation Fees are NOT covered by insurance and will be paid as an out of pocket expense.
