I have been a Registered Nurse for over thirty years and a licensed Counselor since 2005. I have been lucky to call The Woodlands home since 1990 and have enjoyed watching it grow throughout the years. For twenty years, I worked at The John Cooper School as both a nurse and a counselor before retiring in 2012.
I draw on not only professional experiences, but also my life experience as a young widow, only parent to my now grown daughter, as well as a Breast Cancer survivor, in order to help my clients strive to reach their full potential.
Helping you and your family work through life’s challenges is my priority. I am committed to assisting my clients overcome obstacles, as well as set and meet goals in order to lead to lasting and meaningful changes in your lives.
